PENSION BENEFITS
Your pension benefits are not affected by the choices you make during open enrollment for healthcare benefits. If you want online access to your pension account please refer to the following information.
MWAA PENSIONS The pension plans of the Airports Authority are administered by the Bank of New York( BNY) Mellon. You can access your pension account through the BNY website to:
• View and change your mailing address, tax withholding elections, or direct deposit account information.
• Access 1099R tax forms and direct deposit or check statements.
• View the payment history of your pension, including the status of outstanding payments.
• Request that an outstanding check be reissued.
You must register to access your account online by following the stepby-step instructions below. You will need your Social Security Number and the encrypted 15-character, case sensitive trankey that is on your BNY advice statements.
1. Enter https:// my. accessportals. com /
2. Save this URL to your list of favorites 3. Click on Create Account, located to the right of the Sign In button. 4. Enter your Social Security Number in the designated field.
5. Enter the trankey from your BNY statements in the Account Number field and click Continue.
6. Agree to the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the box. Click Continue.
7. Complete the User and Login Information page by filling in all fields. Click Continue.( Note: Your phone number should begin with 1 and contain no spaces or dashes).
8. Open the email you will receive within 24 hours. This message contains a one-time password.
9. Complete the registration process by logging into the system with your newly created user ID and your one-time password from the email.
10. Visit the profile page to confirm your selections and for additional communication options.

Setting up this access is voluntary and gives you quick access and account information, but you can also continue to contact the MWAA Compensation and Benefits Department at benefits @ mwaa. com regarding any changes you have, or questions regarding your pension benefit.
