What’ s New for 2026
The benefits available to you and your family are not changing for 2026 but there are several updates to note.
HEALTHCARE PREMIUMS
The premiums you pay for medical coverage are increasing in 2026 for United Healthcare options. Premiums for Kaiser Permanente HMO coverage for non-Medicare members are not changing. Premiums for dental coverage are also increasing slightly. Premiums for the vision plan are not changing.
NEWLY ADDED FEATURES
Our new website for online benefits information, www. mwaa. com / online-benefits includes the retiree benefits booklet as well as the retiree benefits enrollment form, Vial of Life and the retiree newsletter.
In addition, in this retiree benefits booklet, you will find a new section highlighting pension information for your year-round reference.
REMINDERS
A new vision plan was added last year to help pay for the cost of exams, eyeglasses, contacts and other services. If you did not enroll last year, you can enroll now and have coverage in 2026.
IRS Form 1095C is no longer required to be mailed to medical plan participants. If you need a Form 1095C for your tax return, one will be provided free of charge upon request to Benefits @ mwaa. com.
