CHOOSE WITH CARE
Make your benefits elections carefully, including the choice to waive coverage, because your elections for medical, dental and vision coverage will remain in effect until December 31, 2026, unless you experience a qualified life status event during the year.
If you are currently enrolled in medical, vision or dental benefits, you can enroll or make changes for 2026 even if you waived coverage in 2025. For example, if you are enrolled for dental but waived medical coverage for 2025, you can now make an election for both medical, dental and vision coverage for 2026.
