MEDICAL AND PRESCRIPTION DRUG BENEFITS: INDIVIDUALS AGE 65 AND OLDER OR MEDICARE ELIGIBLE
When you turn age 65 or become Medicare-eligible, your medical coverage will switch to our Airports Authority Medicare Advantage Plan through UnitedHealthcare( UHC) or Kaiser Permanente. The same is true for covered dependents who turn age 65 or become Medicare-eligible.
If you or your eligible dependents are or become Medicare eligible, the Airports Authority requires you( or your dependent) to enroll in Medicare A and B. You must also enroll in either the UHC or Kaiser Medicare Advantage Plan at the same time. If you choose not to enroll in Medicare A and B when eligible and / or not to enroll in the UHC or Kaiser Advantage Plan, then you and your family will be terminated from all Airports Authority retiree healthcare benefits.

This plan provides the traditional Medicare benefits under Parts A and B plus supplemental benefits.
Prescription drug benefits are provided through a group Medicare Part D plan and an Airports Authority plan that supplements, or“ wraps around,” the group Medicare Part D plan( officially known as an“ Employer Group Waiver Plan,” or“ EGWP plus Wrap”). Express Scripts administers this prescription drug coverage.
KAISER PERMANENTE MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN
