If you want dental coverage for yourself and your eligible dependents, the Airports Authority dental plan offers comprehensive coverage that is easy to use. In fact, no ID card is required. Just let your dentist know that you are covered through the United Concordia Elite Plus Network.

Non-surgical and surgical periodontal services: Plan pays 50 % of allowed benefit amount after deductible
Crowns, inlays, bridges, dentures, prosthodontic services, implants: Plan pays 50 % of allowed benefit amount after deductible
Plan pays 50 % of allowed benefit amount, no deductible Maximum lifetime per person benefit: $ 2,000
* Out-of-network dentists may bill you the difference between their charges and the United Concordia Dentalallowed benefit amount.
